M45 The Pleiades Star Cluster

M45 The Pleiades Star Cluster
My first attempt at the Pleiades. This is around 20 shots taken with Canon 50d and WO 70mm scope. Exposures range from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Stacked and processed in photoshop. You can begin to see the Merope nebula that surrounds the stars. Its blue colour indicates it to be interstellar dust rather than gas. Hopefully with more time and better processing skills I will be able to improve on this shot.
